Psalm 119.

As we launch our new sermon series–'Jesus And Culture'–we begin with a call to delight in the word of God which is ultimately a call to delight in the God of the Word. God has spoken. All we need for life and godliness has been revealed to us. Far too often our minds are discipled by worldly philosophies and human traditions that leave Christians shaped by the culture instead of being shaped by the word of Christ. This is where the beauty of Psalm 119 steps in. The psalmist knows that the key to knowing God and making Him known is delight in God's word. It's His word which renews our minds and conforms us and points us to our Savior, Jesus Christ.
