As we enter the new year and we reflect on our lives from a spiritual perspective over the last year, it's a good idea to examine ourselves to see where we can grow. In this first part of a two-part episode, we will learn how to conduct a spiritual self-examination to help us assess ourselves based on God's word. We will:

Look at questions to help assess our spiritual health in worship, including worship service attendance, singing, prayer, partaking of the Lord's supper and giving

Consider our interaction with others and ask questions like: Do I stay after services to get to know people better? Do I help fellow Christians when the need arises? and several other questions
