One word frequently found in the book of Psalms is prayer. There are

some people that never pray for various reasons. But one that I hear

often is that they do not know what to say. Although it is not

stated in the title of this Psalm, we could quickly describe it as an

evening prayer. Sent up in the night before going to bed,

instructing us to reflect upon our ways and the good we received from

the Heavenly Father.
