Welcome my dear friend to this Bible Talks episode of Coffee with Keith.  Today, I simply want to begin my look at the book of Acts, the book about the birth of the church and the commissioning of ministry.  In Acts 1:1-11, we see the writer share with us some truths.
Now, the disciples were hopeful when Jesus appeared that they would then see him command and conquer as the King they expected him to be.  Instead, he warns them to keep doing the work of ministry for they knew no when he would return.
The same can be said for us.  We need to be about doing the work of Jesus.  That's not beating people over the head with our Bibles; rather, it is ministering to them in grace, love and provision.  Yes, we do hope to EARN the opportunity to share our hearts but I do believe we must earn it.
Today, I want share with you what I call "4 P's to Empower YOUR Personal Ministry."
So, grab a coffee.  Have a seat at my table.  Let's chat on this episode of Coffee with Keith.
