The Sunday after the release of this Bible Talks episode is Pentecost Sunday. And although most churches will study from the book of Acts, rightly so, I decided to instead mention John 7:37-39. In this text, we see Jesus share what is exemplified in the Pentecost story in Acts. So, although there are a ton of debates around the entire subject of the Holy Spirit, and I have heard many, I think it is useful for those who still hold to a more traditional, or orthodox faith, to remind ourselves what Jesus teaches in this text found in John, and then, hopefully, take comfort in it.
You game? If so, grab that cup of coffee, have a seat at my table, and let's chat on this episode of the Pivot to Prosper podcast.
