Over the past few years, scandals have embroiled the Christian archeological community as some highly touted archeological findings have been found to be counterfeit.

This brings up the question: why is Biblical Archeology important? Should it be? And much more importantly what importance does the absence of presence of proof have in our daily life of faith?
