Meet the Sisters: Kori Porter (pt. 2)

C'mon up and meet Kori Porter, who serves as an Associate Campus Minister at University Reformed Church in East Lansing, MI. Kori begins by saying how surprising it is that she's in campus ministry, much less walking with the Lord at all. Born in the south, Kori discusses the faithfulness of her grandmother and the meek example she set. A daughter of the black church, and now an "adopted" daughter of Kristie, Kori shares about what the Lord has done in her life.

Trillia Newbell joins Kristie Anyabwile on the porch to discuss her edited volume, "Women on Life: A Call to Love the Unborn, Unloved & Neglected." Kristie contributed to this volume, which focuses on more than pro-life issues. Trillia seeks to minister to all types of women—young, elderly, and everyone in between. The volume features pastor wives, mothers who have adopted children, and scholars. C'mon up on The Front Porch to learn about this good work.
