If you wanna get bigger biceps and bigger arms, using a variety of different bicep dumbbell, barbell and cable arm exercises are key. It's important to intermix these into your upper body bicep and arm workouts 2-3 times weekly. 

In the video I explain how to bicep curl correctly and how you add these arm and bicep long head exercises work both the bicep outer head muscle and the full bicep on arm to get the best arm workouts. 

The exercises included are hammer curls, bicep curls, barbell curls, concentration curls, incline dumbbell curl, dumbbell curl, preacher curl and bicep barbell curls.
