Fifteen years ago, Judge Bob LeBlanc joined the Ninth Circuit as a Circuit Judge in our Orange County Criminal Division. As time passed, he became both a friend and mentor to many here in the Orange County Courthouse. But after a decade and a half of service, Judge LeBlanc is ready to start his next adventure in retirement.
