Last month, President Biden issued a pardon for marijuana convictions at the federal level.  In the immediate wake of the midterm elections, I felt this a great time to revisit this stunning development and have an honest conversation about it with others who might not see things the same as I.  No doubt this helped to create the environment for such a hotly contested midterm election landscape.
