Today’s show rundown: 
Chuck starts out with a story about Elon Musk buying Twitter - they are sticking by the original deal.  So ll these "Blue Check" guys will hate him all over again.  It sure looks like he is going to be the owner of twitter.  Mark grabs a story about a Nurse fired by the Baylor Scott Health system, she was fired because she refused to accept her implicit biased training program.  This is a white nurse, and she had to admit to being a racist.  
No state board of Medicine or Nursing has provided evidence that proves the claim that White People are explicitly biased.  But companies are forcing whites to sit in "inherent bias" training where you have to admit to being a racist, and admit that you would treat minorities worse than you would treat white patients.  It's a new day folks, by virtue of the amount of melanin in your skin, it is impossible for you to hold a racist view.
The guys go down a rabbit hole for the most ridiculous stories of the day - from pronouns, to butt babies, its all on the table for this while and crazy segment.

Mark and John dive right in and start us off by talking some of Biden’s history of lying.  With his possible cognitive decline along with major media outlets so trying to protect him, Biden is one of the weakest candidates for President of all time.  
We jump over to jobs, and what are the true numbers.  People feel like their wages are down, but the Biden Administration keeps saying wages are up, but they are NOT up against the record inflation.  
The government puts all these regulations on, which causes operating costs to go up, or they make businesses responsible for functions that are a government function.  When you look at Biden, Warren, or Sanders – they spend all day talking about tax the rich.  They never tell us what a “fair share” is, nor do they talk about 1% paying 40% of the budget.  
 
Dr. John R. Lott, Jr. the president of the Crime Prevention Research Center, is an economist and a world-recognized expert on guns and crime. During the Trump administration, he served as the Senior Advisor for Research and Statistics in the U.S. Department of Justice. Lott has held research or teaching positions at various academic institutions including the University of Chicago, Yale University, the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Stanford University, UCLA, and Rice University, and was the chief economist at the United States Sentencing Commission during 1988-1989. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from UCLA.  Nobel laureate Milton Friedman noted: “John Lott has few equals as a perceptive analyst of controversial public policy issues.”  Lott is a prolific author for both academic and popular publications. He has published over 100 articles in peer-reviewed academic journals and written ten books, including “More Guns, Less Crime,” “The Bias Against Guns,” and “Gun Control Myths.”

Chris used his many years of experience in international crises and high-stakes negotiations to develop a unique program that applies globally proven techniques to the business world.
Prior to 2008, Chris was the lead international kidnapping negotiator for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), as well as the FBI’s hostage negotiation representative for the National Security Council’s Hostage Working Group. During his career, he also represented the U.S. government as an expert in kidnapping at two international conferences sponsored by the G8.
Before becoming the FBI's lead international kidnapping negotiator, Christopher served as the lead Crisis Negotiator for the New York City division of the FBI. Chris was a member of the New York City Joint Terrorist Task Force for 14 years. He was the case agent on TERRSTOP (Omar Abdel-Rahman/"The Blind Sheikh" case) and the TWA Flight 800 catastrophe. He also negotiated the surrender of the first hostage taker to give up in the Chase Manhattan Bank robbery.
During Chris’s 24-year tenure with the Bureau, he was trained in the art of negotiation by not only the FBI, but also Scotland Yard and Harvard Law School. He is also a recipient of the Attorney General’s Award for Excellence in Law Enforcement and the FBI Agents Association Award for Distinguished and Exemplary Service.
Chris has taught business negotiation in MBA programs as an adjunct professor at the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, and at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. He also taught business negotiation at Harvard University and guest lectured at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, the IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland, and the Goethe Business School in Frankfurt, Germany.
