Welcome to episode 87 of The Great Deception Podcast where we will take a look at the Biden Administrations push on the Digital Equity Plan.  Due to the 2021 Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, Congress mandated the FCC adopt rules to prohibit “digital discrimination of access based on income level, race, ethnicity, color, religion, or national origin”,  despite there being no evidence of digital discrimination.  Commissioner Brendan Carr called the plan “an unlawful power grab that gives the government a roving mandate to micromanage nearly every aspect of how the internet functions.”  Let’s dive in and take along look….
