President Joe Biden promised not to mandate a vaccine. He has apparently changed his mind and in the name of public safety he is forcing all employers to police their own employees. If they fail to the businesses face huge financial penalties. A closer look however shows the mandate may devastate police, fire, EMS, Border Patrol and other public safety agencies thus undercutting the public safety argument.
