I took some time to really evaluate what we're doing on this podcast and how it is designed to help people. Leadership is defined as the ability of an individual or organization to guide others. I realized that this podcast is LESS about leading others and more about leading our SELF. 

Beautifully Rooted has been redesigned to teach the weary, the lonely, the tired and the overwhelmed to lean in, plant some roots and grow where we've been planted. When life is throwing dirt on us, we are not being buried, we are being planted and we can grow and prosper through the hard times!
