God can do big things no matter the size of the community or the ministry. Pastor Stan Parris has seen this over the last 14 years at Franklin Heights Church in Franklin County. Among the many ministry impacts, the church has made intentional strides to reach those in their community, such as those dealing with recovery from substance abuse.

SBCV's Don Cockes caught up with Pastor Stan to learn how God has been at work through Franklin Heights, including his recent election as SBCV president. His wife, Susan, also shares about her new book, Cancer Mom, that was inspired by her physical and spiritual journey with cancer.
