James Mark and his team at both Big King and North restaurants in Providence RI used to do Dine-in only, but now since mid March of 2020 they have done takeout only. Harry spoke with James about what it's like to make that switch, how restaurants like his might reopen after this pandemic, and why more people should be drinking and enjoying sake and shochu.
