Today we have two wonderful guests, Dr Trevor Graham from Yarra Bank Films who will talk about one of many films including Monsieur Mayonnaise and Dr Niyeti Sharma who is a dermatologist, who is going to talk to us about sunscreen.
Dr Trevor Graham is a television and film producer and director of factual programs with 40 years’ experience in the business. He has worked for Australia’s two public broadcasters in key production and commissioning roles. As an independent Trevor Graham has personally produced, directed and executive produced some of Australia’s most acclaimed documentaries for the ABC, SBS and a multitude of international public broadcasters. His 30-plus documentaries have spanned a diverse range of stories and genres; arts, science, history and contemporary content.
Dr Niyeti Sharma is a dermatologist. Dr Sharma undertook her undergraduate medical degree (MBBS) at Adelaide University before undertaking her internship at Royal Melbourne Hospital. Dr. Sharma spent a year at the National Skin Centre in Singapore learning the nuances of treating Asian skin and their diseases. Dr Sharma has a sub-speciality in paediatric dermatology. Dr. Sharma also has a Masters of Public Health (MPH), specialising in nutrition, policy and advocacy. Alongside her role as MoleMap’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Sharma also runs her own dermatology practice to help her patients approach skin concerns in a holistic manner.
