Montana State returns three starters, will they compete for banners this season?

Weber State added players from the portal from higher pedigree programs, have some continuity, and they have plenty of experience. Can the Wildcats win their first league title since 2016? Northern Arizona by far returns the most minutes from the previous season. Are the Lumberjacks a contender for a conference championship this season?
