In this episode, I share a heart-filled conversation with professional dancer and artist-healer Ea Torrado, founder of Daloy Movement and Daloy Dance Company.
Together, we chat about how she started dancing professionally at a young age as a ballerina, and how she later on transitioned to being a choreographer, and how tarot card reading and energy healing found their way into her life. We cover body dysmorphia, the societal programming of 'good girl' conditioning and perfectionism, anorexia, depression and dark nights of the soul, how she discovered she was an empath/inutitive, channeling work, and the extreme importance of energetic hygiene. She opens up about her unique take on one's Life Purpose, shares hers and asks me what mine is. Her Mission is to share dance, meditation and energy healing as tools for learning and embodying spirituality and higher consciousness in ways that are grounded and practical, inspire others to fully own their divine radiance, and serve the world from a place of compassion, loving-kindness and Joy.
One of my favourite episodes to date. Thank you for the connection, Ea Torrado. Join us for this beautiful heartwarming conversation. You will surely enjoy listening!
*note: Although we speak in English, we also speak in our native tongue, Tagalog/Filipino, in this episode.

Welcome to another episode of Big Talk Light Talk! Today we have Glydel Mandane-Ballesteros, otherwise known as Gly, of Kagandahang Tagly, where she tells us all about her work, which she is most passionate about.
She is a certified Reiki professional under Reiki Wellness Manila, a meditation teacher, a capacitar practitioner, and a certified online coach under the School of Online Coaches. She graduated with a degree in BS Psychology from the Ateneo de Naga University, and became a Jesuit Volunteer of the Philippines in pursuit of her passion for community development. Today she is a full time community development worker at Gelacio Yason Foundation Family Farm School, acting as their guidance counselor among other roles, and she has been facilitating recollections and training among the students, teachers and parents for almost seven years now. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge on holistic wellness practices.
Her mission in life is to be of service to God by accompanying youth and young professionals in rediscovering their Divine self through energy healing, meditation and coaching.
In this interview, she shares her story with us and gives a demo of CAPACITAR on me, which apparently works wonders because it brought up to the surface all the emotions in me I didn't know I was feeling - bringing me to tears towards the end of the interview.
Thank you, Gly, for being a part of and inspiration in my journey. Thank you for sharing your work with us, your passion, and love for God. And for walking us all back home and reminding us that we are all God's beloved.

In this episode, I sit down with budding Reiki Energy Healing Practitioner and Meditation Guide Aine dela Cruz as she shares her story and spiritual journey.
She begins by sharing how she discovered her gift of healing, excitedly mentioning her teachers who helped her bring out her gift, and how she was able to reconcile her Reiki practice with her Catholic upbringing. She stresses how the healing comes from God, and that we are simply vessels to help others. She speaks of her spiritual journey, where there were times she questioned God, in spite of her faith, and how getting sick was a big turning point in her life, that led to her spiritual awakening - and why meditation, reiki and relaxation are now a significant part of her life. She also speaks of how something as simple as smiling and bringing joy to other's lives can be one's Life Purpose. She talks about how it was not always that way, about how she used to have some angst, with how much she wanted to prove herself to the world and climb the corporate ladder, and that she also used to suffer from depression when her mom had cancer, but she has turned all that around and now she has found peace thanks to the modalities she has discovered and now advocates for. A big part of this includes journaling for her emotional wellbeing too, and this is why she started her blog in her little corner of the internet.
Enjoy this episode as she shares her journey and more interesting tidbits about her openly!

In this podcast episode, I interview international Life Coach, Spiritual Teacher, Self-Empowerment Advisor, Energy Healer and Tarot Card Reader Ana Santiago of Soultribe PH. Together, we talk about her spiritual journey and how she came to discover the Tarot, and how being raised Catholic initially brought up conflict reconciling both. We also talk about how we were both previous witches in our past lives, punished by the Church, and the irony that we were born Catholics in this lifetime and still identify as such. Ana explains how Tarot and Oracle Cards work, and proceeds to do a free general Tarot Card reading for the collective, while I also pull some oracle cards as well! Together we stress the importance of free will, and ultimately using the messages from the cards as a tool for empowerment and growth. There is also a bonus Energy Healing from Coach Ana and meditation with affirmations from me.
