Josh Neighbors shares his thoughts on two major coaching departures for the Big 12 conference. He discusses Collin Klein leaving Kansas State for Texas A&M & Andy Kotelnicki leaving Kansas for Penn State.

He says that on a positive note it shows that the Big 12 has great coaches who are really good at hiring assistant coaches around them. He also notes that it shows the money gap between the Big 12 and other conferences/big jobs for coordinators that are trying to move up.

He does not that the Big 12 was able to retain their head coaches during this coaching cycle though. He then focuses on the Kansas Jayhawks hiring Jeff Grimes as their new offensive coordinator.
