"Big Wood" is built on an intricate mid-era Jimmy Page style guitar riff, that utilizes semi-chromatic tones, pull-offs, as well as 7th and 9th double-stops to create both tension and vibe. The song's seconary guitar riff is classic Hard Rock Zeppelin styling through and through, and acts as a bridge tying the song together. Cut down the middle with a slightly technical semi-shred guitar solo, "Big Wood" is sure to be a pleaser for fans of Zep Set..
