Biggy wished he was an animal or a bird – like an owl, a mole, or a donkey. Then maybe no one would have haunted him with incessant threats or appalled him with conspiracy. He just wanted to stride along in haste. Oh, goodness, he just wished he’d known a way to get out of this maze. Then he thought of whether he should subscribe to a party that supports anarchy. Maybe those people can help him out to fight against the Senate!

Biggy 는 자신이 동물이나 새였기를 바랬다 – 올빼미나, 두더지나, 당나귀 같은. 그랬다면 아무도 그 끊임없는 협박으로 괴롭히거나 음모로 끔찍한 충격을 주지 않았을 것이다. 그는 그저 급히 성큼성큼 걷고 싶었다. 오 저런, 그는 그저 이 미로를 빠져 나갈 방법을 알았으면 했다. 곧이어 그는 무정부 상태를 지지하는 당에 가입을 할까도 생각해봤다. 어쩌면 그들이 Biggy 가 상원과 싸우는데에 있어 도움을 줄지도 모른다!

Biggy was not familiar with politics, but he knew that there was a great disparity between the anarchistic party and the Senate. So if the Senate hears that Biggy visited the anarchistic party, that fact will drive Senate into a frenzy. That sounds fun! Of course, the relationship between the Senate and Biggy will worsen, but who cares? So Biggy decided to go visit the anarchist party. He first had to study algebra and topography to get to the anarchistic town, because it was very far. He had to surf miles. It was not easy, because he suffered a relapse of arthritis. The affliction was unbearable, but it was no use crying over spilt milk – he had to go! Finally, when he arrived, he saw a sign that said the following slogan: “Let’s get rid of the Senate!” When Biggy walked into the town, he saw forces deployed at the gates.

Biggy 는 정치에 대해 잘 몰랐지만 무정부당과 상원 사이에 아주 큰 차이가 있다는것은 알고 있었다. 그래서 만약 상원이 Biggy 가 무정부당을 찾아 간 사실을 알게 된다면 그 사실이 상원을 격분시킬것이다. 그것 참 재밌네! 당연히 상원과 Biggy 의 사이는 더 나빠지겠지만 누가 신경쓰겠는가? 그래서 Biggy 는 무정부당을 찾아가기로 마음먹었다. 그가 무정부당을 찾아가기 위해선 대수학과 지형학을 공부해야했다. 왜냐하면 굉장히 멀었기 때문이다. 그는 긴 거리를 서핑해서 가야했다. 결코 쉽지않았다. 왜냐면 그의 골다공증이 재발해버렸기 때문이다! 고통은 참을 수 없었지만 이미 엎어진 물을 주워 담을수는 없었다. 그는 가야만 했다. 드디어 그가 도착 했을때 그는 표어가 적혀있는 표지판을 보았다: “상원을 없애자!” Biggy 가 마을 안으로 들어갔을 때, 그는 마을 입구들에 배치되어있는 군대를 보았다.

The edifices were so huge that they looked like the mountains about to go through volcanic eruptions. The primacy part of the city was seeing women weaving baskets, children playing with a puppy, pilots practicing aviation, doctors treating influenza, teenagers rapping on the streets, and ladies looking at themselves through the convex mirror. Honestly, these ordinary scenes were not so ordinary in his town – so he couldn’t consider these events as antecedents. Biggy was happy to be here.

건물들은 마치 화산 폭발을 할듯한 산처럼 컸다. 이 도시의 최고 부분은 바구니를 짜는 여인네들, 강아지와 노는 아이들, 비행을 연습하는 조종사들, 독감을 치료하는 의사들, 길에서 랩을 하는 청소년들, 그리고 볼록 거울을 통해서 자신을 바라보는 아가씨들을 볼수있다는 점이였다. 사실 지극히 평범한 일상들이 Biggy의 마을에선 흔치않은 광경이였다. 그래서 그는 이 장면들을 선행된 장면이라고 생각하지 않았다. Biggy 는 이곳에 왔다는 사실이 참 기뻤다.

Biggy was very surprised, because people often called the anarchistic city one of the worst towns. Even the chronology in the history textbook didn’t mention anything about the establishment of the anarchistic party. Everything about the anarchist party was blurry and under the stereotype that anarchy is always bad. Biggy thought this was unfair, because to him, the anarchistic town was one of the premier ones. So he thought it was necessary to amend the law and teach people about the anarchist party.

Because of hours of surfing and walking, Biggy’s body started to ache, so he decided to take a recess. He right away fell into the trance state, for he felt so comfortable lingering away the afternoon at the town. In his dream, his mom combed his hair and he was one happy boy.

Biggy 는 정말 놀랐다. 왜냐하면 사람들은 줄곧 무정부 도시들은 최악의 도시들중 하나라고 말했기 때문이다. 그가 배운 역사의 연대기에는 무정부당이 언제 세워졌는지 조차 적혀있지 않았다. 무정부당에 관한 자료는 다 애매모호했고 무정부상태는 항상 나쁘다 라는 고정관념에 사로잡혀 있었다. Biggy 는 이 사실이 부당하다고 생각했다. 왜냐면 그에게는 무정부 마을은 최고의 마을중에 한곳이였기 때문이다. 그래서 그는 법을 개정하여 무정부당에 대해서 가르치는것이 반드시 필요하다고 생각했다.

몇시간동안 파도를 타고 걸었던 탓인지 Biggy 의 몸이 아프기 시작했다. 그래서 그는 조금 쉬기로 마음먹었다. 그는 곧바로 비몽사몽의 상태에 빠져들었다. 왜냐하면 마을에서 오후를 느긋하게 보냄으로써 마음이 아주 편한해졌기 때문이다. 그리고 그는 어머니가 그의 머리카락을 빗겨주는 꿈을 꾸었다. 꿈에서 만큼은, 그는 아주 행복한 아이였다.
