“넌 정말 싸구려에 지조없는 사람이야. 다른 날에는 그녀를 위해서 모든것을 해주겠다고 했잖아. 지금에 와서는? 참나! 아주 흥미로운걸,” Biggy 가 중얼거렸다.

“알겠어. 그만해. 가서 활판인쇄술이랑 남근기에 대해서 공부나해,” Voca 가 말했다.

“그렇겐 못하겠어. 우리 엄마의 자장가도 날 달래진 못할걸,” Biggy 가 말했다.

“내가 뭘 했으면 좋겠는데? 이온이를 위해서 제비꽃이라고 꺾어다 줄까? 그게 오히려 이온이를 못살게 할걸,” Voca 가 말했다.

“신경쓰지마. 정전때문에 생긴 작은 얼룩이나 가서 닦아,” Biggy 가 말했다.

“음….잠자코 있어, 그렇게 안달하지말고,” Biggy 가 질문을 슬쩍 피하며 중얼거렸다.

“제발 나를 요,,용서해줘,” Voca 가 말을 더듬거렸다.

“생각해볼게,” Biggy 가 말했다.

“행복에 빠져있는 저 고양이좀 봐. 이온이가 이제 기쁜가봐,” Voca 가 말했다.

“저것은 안좋은 징조야! 저것은 위험해!” Biggy 가 소리쳤다.

“왜?” Voca 가 물었다.

“왜냐면 그 뜻은 내가 널 용서해야한다는 의미기 때문이야!” Biggy 가 말했다.

“아휴, 이 어리석은 방랑자여!” Voca 가 소리쳤다.

“적어도 난 너처럼 음탕하진 않지! 야, 거기 음푹 들어가게 하지마! 일어나!” Biggy 가 말했다.

“If there’s a statement on what you’d just said, I would’ve underwritten it,” said Voca.

“About what?” asked Voca.

“그게 만약 사실이라면 나는 작은 관을 쓴 섹시한 남자다,” Voca 가 말했다.

“너 참 웃기는 애야. 난 이온이가 유행성 이하선염에 걸렸을까봐 걱정이 되었는데 아니라니까 다행이라고 생각해,” Biggy 가 말했다.

“방금 네가 말한것이 하나의 진술이였다면 난 서명동의하고도 남았을거야,” Voca 가 말했다.

“이 거짓말쟁이야. 난 마을사람들에게 질문을 하려고 소집하려고 했어,” Biggy 가 물었다.

“뭐에 대해서 질문하려고?” Voca 가 물었다.

“누가 더 이온이에게 좋은 주인인지 가리기 위해서 말이지,” Biggy 가 말했다.

“너 정말 골때리는 애구나. 길쭉한 접시나 넘겨줘,” Voca 가 말했다.
