“나도 알아. 서로의 결점가지고 다투는 다툼은 멈춰야만해,” 비기가 말했다.

“나 방금 말의 울음 소리를 들었어,” 보카가 말했다.

“말인가봐. 내생각에 내가 때려눕힐 수 있을 것 같아,” 비기가 말했다.

“내 생각에 저 말이 이 정원옆에 붙어있는 방에 있는것 같아,” 보카가 말했다.

“아마 그렇겠지, 이 정원이 통풍이 잘 되는 편은 아닌걸 보니,” 비기가 말했다.

“말을 잡기 위해서는 내가 했던걸 그대로 재연 해봐야겠다,” 보카가 말했다.

“니가 칼에 단련 될때까지 칼 사용하지 마,” 비기가 느릿느릿 걸으며 말했다.

“정말 미안해,” 보카가 말했다.

“나 진짜 니가 동물의 시신을 훼손하고 성감대를 자극하려하는, 뾰족한 발톱을 가진 독수리인줄 알았어.” 비기가 말했다.

“미안해,” 보카가 눈을 휘둥그레 뜨고 보며 말했다.

“너가 정말 미안하다면 내 비듬에 대해서 다시는 이야기 하지마,” 비기가 말했다.

“우리는 너를 그리워 할꺼야,” 보카가 말했다.

“I know. This parching heat is killing me. I don’t want any freckles on my face, so I’m out of here! See you tomorrow,” said Dr. Shin.

"Soon, Biggy came back and everyone was happy. Then, the Life family and the duo lived together for about five years until the wicked Senators finally surrendered. All the Senators were imprisoned for wheedling the citizens into misery, and were sentenced 100 years in jail. Biggy and Voca went back their old house and decided to go their separate ways. They promised that they will meet under this tree, exactly five years later from now. They left a big X mark on the gnarl of the tree and left for their exciting journey.”

“비기랑 보카 사이를 멀어지게 할까봐요,” 노엘이 말했다.

“어떻게 그럴 수가 있어요! 그들의 빛나는 우정은 영원해야해요,” 신박사님이 말씀하셨다.

“알겠습니다. 저 한 자리에서 너무 오래 있어서 좀이 쑤시네요. 빨리 탈고하고 집에 가야겠어요,” 노엘이 말했다.

“알고 있어요. 이곳의 건조한 더위는 날 힘들게 하네요. 난 내 소중한 얼굴에 주근깨가 나는건 싫으니까, 이만 가볼께요! 내일 봐요!” 신박사님께서 말씀하셨다.

“네 내일 뵙죠!"

"곧이어 비기가 다시 돌아왔고 모두가 기뻐했다. 그리고 나서 라이프의 가족과 두 청년은 사악한 상원의원들이 결국 항복 할때까지 5년동안 함께 살았다. 모든 상원의원들은 국민들을 감언이설로 비참하게 만든 죄로 감옥에 들어갔고 100년형을 선고받았다. 비기와 보카는 자신들의 옜날 집을 찾았고 서로 각자 다른 길을 가기로 했다. 그들은 이 나무 밑에서 정확히 5년 뒤에 만나기로 했다. 그들은 나무 옹이에 큰 엑스자를 그려 놓고는 무척이나 기대되는 여행을 떠났다.”
