Biggy was inherently emotional, so after when he read the letter, Biggy felt like he should tour the world just by running and prospect the hills for gold, because he was so happy. Although he remained passive while he was reading the letter, as soon as he finished reading it, he started to drink bottles of beer. He also ate his crops. He felt like he should gather inferior officers and ministries and start looking for Voca by protesting.

비기는 타고난 감수성이 있었기 때문에 편지를 읽자 마자 달리면서 이 세상을 여행하고 또 금을 찾아서 산을 답사하고 싶다는 생각을 했다. 너무 기뻤기 때문이다. 편지를 읽을 당시에는 소극적인 자세를 취했지만 편지를 읽자 마자 맥주를 벌컥벌컥 마시기 시작했다. 또한 그의 농작물도 먹었다. 그는 하급 공무원과 성직자들을 모아서 항의 시위를 하는 한이 있더라도 보카를 꼭 찾아야겠다고 생각했다.

비기의 삶은 조화로움으로 가득 찼기에 바보처럼 매일 웃고 앉아서 오르간을 연주하기만 했다. 그의 삶에는 괴로움이나 비탈길도 없었기 때문에 공포에 질려 우는일도 없었다. 아마 거인이 나타나서 그의 무릎을 쳐도 행복해 했을것이다. 그는 그를 기쁘게 해주는 사람을 따로 고용할 필요도 없었다. 맞다, 그에게 있어 보카는 네잎 클로버처럼 행복과 운의 상징이였다.

보카로 부터 편지를 받은 비기는 더이상 핑계를 대지 않았다. 엘리트 계층이 그와 싸우려고 할때도 비기는 슬픔에 빠지지 않았다. 비기는 법률로 금지되어있는 행위를 한 그들을 고소할까도 생각했다, 왜냐하면 증언을 해줄 친구들이 있었기 때문이다. 하지만 그는 그 돈의 일부분을 전기도 가구도 없이 생활하는 가난한 어르신들을 위해 쓰기로 마음먹었다.
