FS Houses is an innovative real estate company owned and operated by Ryan and Ashley Mullin, with a combined 20 years of experience between the 2 founders, their focus is to bring affordable yet unique houses to urban Indianapolis neighborhoods.
Ashley moved to Indianapolis for her sophomore year of high school at Bishop Chatard. In 2005, she graduated with an accounting and finance degree from the Kelley school of business at IU. Shortly thereafter, she took a job running a property management / real estate investing start up company that she helped grow from 75 doors in 2006 to over 1100 doors under management in 2013. With over a decade of experience, Ashley has seen and dealt with just about every situation in residential real estate.
