Dan Perez is a Corporate Tax Accountant who lives in San Diego with his beautiful wife and partner in crime Kelly ( or Mrs. Perez). They began their real estate investing journey by househacking their residence in 2015, and starting investing out of state near the end of 2018. Fast forward to today, they have a portfolio of single family homes in Indianapolis and are also partners in an Apartment complex in Kansas City.

Their main focus is to create additional streams of income through cash flowing rental properties, provide nice homes for their tenants, while helping other investors do the same.
