Today on the show to talk about his out of state real estate experience is Phil Kim! Phil was born and raised in the Northeast - specifically bouncing between Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He is currently living in NH and has been working in the IT field for about 9 years. He first starting his investing journey through stocks in 2011, and eventually moved to real estate in 2019 by closing on his first 4-plex in his local market, then expanding his portfolio out of state to a duplex in Indianapolis in 2020. Phil’s goal is to become financially free through income generating rental properties.
