Show notes:Sunitha had a professional tennis career at the age of 14 for nearly a decade. At 23, she found herself retiring from pro tennis and had a 6th grade level education along with little savings. She was committed to find a way to better her personal finance!Fast foward to today - Sunitha was able to attend a fantastic undergrad school at Babson, then completing her MBA at Villanova. She entered into the W2 space in Financial planning, however she shortly realized that she was confined to a single source of income. She then began her quest into other sources of bigger cashflow. She eventually stumbled onto real estate investing and has been hooked ever since!Since 2018, Sunitha has acquired and is living in a house hack as well as purchasing 7 units!
