A Bigger Infinity is about expanding your capacity to hold love and gratitude for everything in your life, just as it is, right now in this present moment without judgement.It's also about expanding your capacity for self-awareness, your capacity to deep dive into your beliefs, your limitations, your patterns of behavior, basically what’s called your shadow self or the parts of yourself you reject.It’s about your growing your capacity to hold discomfort not only for yourself but for other people in your life such as a partner or a child.It’s about expanding your ability to feel into your emotions, your traumas, your shadow self and allowing them with love and without judgement.Most of all it’s about expanding your capacity to play and be curious.
