Bikini Gym Session with Indi. Full-Body Weights

Indi leads a full-body bikini dumbbell workout focused on controlled strength and clean movement. She opens with standing presses and rows, then moves into single-arm work on the bench to hit back, biceps, and triceps. The session finishes with seated lateral raises and a final stretch to burn out the shoulders.

This is a simple, no-rush gym session you can follow along with at home. Light to moderate dumbbells recommended.
