Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrr it's the Reaver King Gangplank back from the dead and he's coming for Miss Fortune and the rest of Bilgewater while he's at it. He's taken on Noxian navies and Ionian ninjas so surely some Bilgewater rats won't be a problem for the pirate lord.
