I chat with Bill about his involvement with music, starting up Roxx Records and working with a lot of great bands.  He's been able to re-issue older music and bring back bands that never had much of a shot.  He's also put out music that has been out of stock and put out new albums. He also discusses his involvement with his production company and putting together the west coast Stryper convention, back in the day.
