Bill Barton is the Director at Barton Legal Ltd, and past-President of Leeds Law Society. He has specialised construction law for over 30 years, is a qualified mediator and a Fellow of the Institute of Arbitrators.

He has particular expertise in drafting and negotiating specialist bespoke contracts. This programme will primarily look at JCT Practical Completion.
