Apple has unveiled three new iPhone models and a new watch series.

The announcement has been made at an event in the Steve Jobs Theatre at Apple's headquarters.

Tech commentator Bill Bennett told Mike Hosking the phone upgrades are incremental and there is nothing dramatically new.

"Phone makers worldwide are beginning to run out of ideas and phones have almost evolved to the point of perfection."
