Bill Clevenger of the Decatur Park District talks about the activities and facilities that just opened, the behavior they are seeing, the success of golf, their ideas tweaking the golf experience, and things they are looking into being able to safely offer in the near future including a limited zoo experience, small group classes, park leader programs and summer lunches.
