He says he'll use Sir William on formal occasions, but hopes people still simply call him Bill.
The former Prime Minister says he no longer has to take others with him when he makes a decision.
He says now "I can make my own decisions to go somewhere and I don't have to persuade 30 or 40 people it's a good idea."
