Bill H. 132 - The Journey is a 6 part podcast series that documents the story of Shawnie, a young boy with Autism and his beloved family who struggle through the loopholes of a system put in place to aid families in crisis; a system whose own missteps resulted in years of mistreatment and negligence.

This 6 part series narrates the story through the eyes and recollection of the boy’s father, a family man who is led from institution to institution under the promise that “everything would be ok” with his son, only to find out the very opposite. This podcast series reveals multiple incident reports as well as the journey undertaken by this next-door Massachusetts family, whose perseverance and love for their child became the foundation and inspiration behind a piece of legislature named Bill H. 132 - The Shawnie Bill.
