Bill Levin is the founder of Indiana's "First Church of Cannabis." He made national news when he used the platform laid out by Mike Pence's religious freedom law to first create the church. Since then, he's been on shows with Tommy Chong, had many news articles covering him and has even announced a run for governor in Indiana.   The church does a lot to help the community, especially the homeless.
