Bill Stevenson aka "Bill Waverly" is the owner of Waverly Tattoo Co and Waverly Color Co. He grew up in Baltimore skateboarding, playing in bands, writting graffiti, and later tattooing. He was one of the guys promoting punk shows and helping grow the underground musice scene. This episode he shares many stories from the early days of the scene. He now is a husband, father, business owner, artist, and is involved with the skateboard and art scene in Baltimore.
