William (Bill) Webb is the President, General Partner and Majority Owner of the Toronto Arrows, Canada's sole Major League Rugby franchise.
Formerly Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at Gluskin Sheff & Associates, Bill is currently a Partner at Waypoint Investment Partners Inc. Amongst other attributes, Bill is a financial analyst and a portfolio manager. He is also a long time board member of Rugby Canada and an advisor to Toronto's Inner City Rugby Foundation.
