The Giving Pledge is a movement of Philanthropists who commit to giving a majority of their wealth to charitable causes. Started by Bill Gates and Warren Buffet in 2010, today more than 200 billionaires across 27 countries have joined the Pledge. Some, like Bill Gates have pledged 99% of their wealth. Some famous people who are part of the pledge are Elon Musk, Azim Premji, Mark Zuckerberg, Kiran Mazumdar Shaw and others.
