The Bills spent much of the NFL’s legal tampering period coming to terms with their own key free agents. They’re bringing back Jon Feliciano and Daryl Williams on the offensive line, and also agreed to a long-term deal with LB Matt Milano, who likely would have gotten a bigger payday elsewhere.
