Billy Dinkel is a survivor and he speaks publicly to bring attention to how child sexual assault victims are shamed, silenced, and manipulated into keeping their perpetrator's secrets. He is an excellent advocate for survivors and has given many survivors the courage to also start talking about their abuse.
