Billy Haze is a two time College World Series umpire (2016 & 2019). He is also the assignor for the SCIAC, GSAC, and Cal Pac conferences out here in the west. Additionally, Billy runs the Black & Blue Umpire Camps and has helped multiple guys advance to various levels of college baseball.
