Was it just us or did this whole episode feel like some type of fantasy, dream sequence?  It’s one of the best shot episodes of the series so far.  And what can we make of the time jump?  With so many questions left in these final two episodes, and how the story gives us a piece here and there of where the show is going, it’s becoming one of the most frustrating series to predict in the most enjoyable way.
