On this week's episode, The Wire, the detail turns its attention to Bird, a Barksdale soldier suspected of killing the eyeball witness William Gant in episode one.  In an attempt to get revenge on the Barksdale crew, Omar gives McNulty and Bunk a tip that Bird was involved in said murder.  Orlando, his hair and bolo tie, get up with D'Angelo about selling their own package, which is against the rules.
