We examine the discovery of biolabs that have been uncovered in Ukraine. What have been the accusations made by who and against who? Who has broken international law on both sides of this war? What are the punishments for this type of activity? Also, we look at the cutting of energy sources from petrochemicals. Who will this hurt the most? Do we have a suitable replacement to be able to maintain the mass use of electric vehicles and equal living standards? We ask the questions.
