Lauren Fucci is the Director of a School Counseling program and a Holistic Pediatric Sleep Specialist. As a sleep specialist, her mission is to provide education for parents on what normal sleep looks like, so they can manage their expectations for those early days. She also enjoy helping parents get more sleep without using sleep training methods, while keeping emotion and attachment at the forefront. She has always been drawn to helping others, and after becoming a Mom, realized there was a big gap in education surrounding normal infant sleep and the value of a mothers intuition. She has 12 years of experience in working to support mental health first in adults, then children & now in mothers and babies.
