The initial idea with this podcast was to discuss the mechanics of the shoulder, elbow and wrist. However seeing the Michael is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to human movement, this interview evolved in to me picking Michaels brain about assessment methods and working with the general population. This is a very thought provoking conversation and gives a brilliant insight in to how you can improve your own screening processes and therefore enhance client results.
